By booking a table, buying event tickets, or browsing this site, you're agreeing to the following. It's the boring stuff, but here it is.
Reservations
Tables are held for 15 minutes past your booking time. After that, we may release it to walk-ins. Large parties (8+) may require a deposit.
Events
Ticketed events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us. Lineups, DJs, and set times are subject to change without notice.
Website Use
Content on this site — including photos, copy, and the 404 Bistro name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors. Don't rip it off without asking.
You agree not to use the site for anything illegal, disruptive, or generally villainous.
Liability
We take food allergies seriously and will always ask, but please inform your server directly of any allergies before ordering. We can't guarantee a completely allergen-free kitchen.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
