How It Started
404: Boring Restaurant Not Found
404 Bistro started as a pop-up in a parking garage in 2024, serving smash burgers off a folding table to anyone who'd tried the secret sauce once and had to come back.
Two years later we've got a full kitchen, a liquor license, and a diner booth for every mood — but the folding-table energy never left.
What We Believe
